Since the late 90's Tracey has been traveling to Europe on a regular basis to study mindfulness with World renowned Zen Master - Thich Nhat Hanh. He is often referred to in the media as "The Father of Mindfulness" and Oprah calls him "the calmest man in the World". Tracey uses various mindfulness practices taught by Thich Nhat Hanh and her other teachers such as Pema Chodron when teaching her Mindfulness & Meditation classes, workshops, retreats and one-to-one Mindfulness Meditation coaching sessions.
Since 2000 Tracey has been teaching mindfulness meditation to thousands of busy, overwhelmed professionals, Olympic athletes and to employees at Shell Canada & Intact. She specializing in teaching her participants how to create the habit of a consistent, daily meditation practice and learning various skills to help them live more in the present moment. She believes that one of the secrets to living a happy, healthy and productive life is to incorporate mindfulness and meditation practices on a daily basis.
